What is Spiritual Direction?

Spiritual direction is a prayerful, confidential relationship where you meet regularly with a trained guide to help you notice and respond to God’s presence and activity in your life. It’s not about giving advice, but about creating space to discern, reflect, and grow in intimacy with God.

Spiritual Direction is reserved for women that have attended a B. STLL retreat.
